Step 1: Combine the first nine Ingrdients (brown sugar to Cayenne).
Step 2: Add butter, oil & soy.
Step 3: Place the fillet, skin side down, on a parchment lined oven proof tray.
Step 4: Spoon the mixture over the salmon.
Step 5: Place in pre-heat 400f oven, middle rack.
Step 6: Bake for apprx. 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
