Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or Splenda brown sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 fillet (2 pounds) salmon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the first nine Ingrdients (brown sugar to Cayenne).

  • Step 2: Add butter, oil & soy.

  • Step 3: Place the fillet, skin side down, on a parchment lined oven proof tray.

  • Step 4: Spoon the mixture over the salmon.

  • Step 5: Place in pre-heat 400f oven, middle rack.

  • Step 6: Bake for apprx. 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
