Step 1: In a food processor grind the sesame seeds until they resemble damp sand. Blend in the honey.
Step 2: Transfer the paste to a blender and puree with 2 tablespoons milk. Add ice cream and whirl until smooth.
Step 3: If desired freeze mixture for 2 hours, stir.
Step 4: Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
