Step 1: Heat a 12-inch cast iron skillet in a 450-degrees Fahrenheit oven for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add flour and salt; beat 5 minutes.
Step 3: Melt butter in a skillet; pour batter into hot skillet.
Step 4: Bake at 450-degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350-degrees, and bake 8 additional minutes or until puffed and browned. Remove from oven; spoon warm Apple Filling over pancake (pancake will deflate, though it barely deflates for me. I believe it's because you have to make sure that it's fully cooked). Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and dollop with whipped cream. Cut into wedges, and serve immediately.
Step 5: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add apple, and cook stirring constantly, 12 minutes or until tender. Stir in honey and cinnamon; cook just until thoroughly heated through.
