Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat add the sugar, vinegar and peaches and bring them to a simmer; cook until peaches are softened and liquid is reduced by half (10-15 minutes). Set aside.
Step 2: Heat grill to medium.
Step 3: Toss cantaloupe with oil.
Step 4: Grill cantaloupe, in batches, turning once until charred on all sides (10-15 minutes). Transfer to serving platter with the blueberries; drizzle with the peach mixture; season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
