Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 10 ounces fresh tuna (or fresh frozen ahi tuna, cubed)
  • 3 lemons, whole (juiced)
  • 6 fresh Thai chili, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/32 teaspoon ground black pepper (just a dash - optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sugar. Mix well.

  • Step 2: Place the cubed ahi tuna in a bowl. Pour-in the lemon mixture and gently toss until all the ingredients are well blended.

  • Step 3: Add the chopped chili and ground black pepper. Gently toss. Cover and place inside the fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
