  • 4 to 6 cups lettuce (seasonal greens)
  • 1/4 pound sugar snap peas (to equal 20 individual sugar snaps)
  • 2/3 cup blueberries (fresh)
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup walnuts (toasted)
  • 2/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled (local goat cheese, or equivalent of feta cheese)
