  • 1/3 cup chicken broth or water (low sodium)
  • 12 ounces green beans, fresh, trimmed (about 3 cups)
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large nonstick skillet add olive oil and heat on medium heat.

  • Step 2: Add ginger and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.

  • Step 3: Add broth, beans, salt and pepper, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until beans are bright green and tender-crisp.

  • Step 4: Remove from heat, add sesame oil and toss to coat.

  • Step 5: Serve immediately.
