Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, olive oil and sesame oil.
Step 3: Place tilapia in a shallow non stick or foil-lined baking pan and pour lime juice mixture over top, tuning fillets to coast.
Step 4: Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over top of tilapia and bake for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 5: With a think heat-proof spatula, lift tilapia from pan and arrange on serving plates.
Step 6: Drizzle with pan juices and serve immediately.
