Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 (24 ounces) tilapia fish fillets (skin and bones removed)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, olive oil and sesame oil.

  • Step 3: Place tilapia in a shallow non stick or foil-lined baking pan and pour lime juice mixture over top, tuning fillets to coast.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over top of tilapia and bake for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  • Step 5: With a think heat-proof spatula, lift tilapia from pan and arrange on serving plates.

  • Step 6: Drizzle with pan juices and serve immediately.
