The ingredients are:
  • 1 refrigerated unbaked (9-inch) pie crust (baked and completely cooled)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (unwhipped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (cream)
  • 96 grams marshmallow creme (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanuts (salted)
  • 45 grams miniature marshmallows (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In medium bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

  • Step 2: In another medium bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the marshmallow creme, then fold in whipped cream. Carefully spread into crust. Sprinkle peanuts and marshmallows around edge of pie.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
