Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 94 grams mango, chopped (1/2 cup,peeled)
  • 4 (140 grams) apricots, chopped (1 1/2 cups, peeled)
  • 142 gram nectarine, chopped (2/3 cup, peeled)
  • 177 grams cantaloupe, chopped (1 cup)
  • 2 ounces mango nectar (1/4 cup)
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
  • 1 carton (6 ounce) low-fat lemon yogurt (or your favorite fruit or other yogurt)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place mango cu bes in a zip-lock baggie, seal and freeze for 1 hour.

  • Step 2: In a blender add the apricots and next 5 ingredients (-yogurt); process until smooth. Add the frozen mango and ice; process until smooth.
