Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces cashew nuts (unsalted, roasted)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
  • 3/4 cup yogurt (plain)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt & cayenne pepper (to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a blender or food proc, combine the cashews & peanut oil. Mix until a paste is formed (scrape down the sides periodically). Add the remaining ingredients & blend until smooth.

  • NOTE: This dipping sauce may be made up to 4 dys ahead of time if kept chilled & covered. Before serving, return sauce to room temp.

  • NOTE RE YIELD: Yield will be approx 10 oz = 10 servings @ 1 oz each.
