Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR CRUMBLE TOPPING
  • 1 1/2 cups oats (rolled)
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter (cold salted butter, cut into small pieces, 1 stick)
  • FOR FILLING
  • 2 pounds peaches (firm, ripe peaches, 5-7 peache), peeled, pitted and sliced)
  • 145 grams blueberries (fresh, 1 cup)
  • 123 grams raspberries (fresh, 1 cup)
  • 1 lemon, whole (zest of)
  • 1 lemon, whole (juice of)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Start by preparing the crumble topping. Place all ingredients in a bowl and using a fork, a pastry cutter or even just your clean hands, blend until it reaches a texture similar to wet sand. Set aside.

  • Step 3: Toss the prepared fruit with remaining ingredients until combined and fill your ramekins, (or you can use a 9x13" glass baking dish,) just shy of the top. Loosely pile the topping on each, pressing lightly. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet to catch the drippings, if using ramekins, and bake for 45 minutes.

  • Step 4: Remove and serve with fresh whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream
