Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (1 cup divided per Prep Step 3)
  • 8 ounces ground beef (made into meatballs then pre-cooked and diced - homemade or prepared)
  • 3/4 pound tomatoes (3 plum tomatoes, seeded & cut in a sml dice)
  • 6 pitted (15 grams) black olives (cut in a sml dice)
  • 6 pitted (15 grams) green olives (cut in a sml dice)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan & oregano.

  • Step 3: Reserve 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Then stir in remaining mozzarella cheese, meatballs, tomatoes & olives until combined.

  • Step 4: Transfer mixture to a 1 1/2 qt baking dish, top w/reserved mozzarella cheese & bake uncovered for 25-30 min.

  • Step 5: TO SERVE: Serving w/RITZ Crackers for dipping was suggested, but feel free to select another dipper or combo of dippers.

  • NOTE: This dip can be made 1-2 dys in advance, stored in your fridge, brought to room temp & then baked as directed. To serve warm, it can also be reheated in a microwave
