Step 1: Put the oil in a pan and let it heat up. Add onions and saute.
Step 2: Add in Pimenta Moida and paprika. Saute for a minute to let the flavors develop, then add the favas.
Step 3: Add the parsley. You can leave the parsley bunch unchopped and just place it on top of the favas, or stir it in if using chopped parsley.
Step 4: Simmer for 45 minutes or more. The longer they cook, the better they taste!
