  • 2 Triscuit crackers
  • 1 ounce mascarpone cheese (2 tablespoons)
  • Basil leaves (2 small leaves)
  • 2 tablespoons strawberries, diced (small dice)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread 1 tbsp of mascarpone on ea of the 2 Triscuit crackers.

  • Step 2: Top ea cracker w/a basil leaf & then 1 tbsp diced strawberries.

  • Step 3: You're done & now can ENJOY paired w/a glass of your favorite white wine.

  • Step 4: NOTE: Becky also mentioned how easy it is to go savory or sweet w/this. I'd go sweet by adding powdered sugar to the mascarpone, changing to fresh mint used w/fruits in season. Strawberries, blueberries, peaches (or a mix) = Fruity Cheesecake Triscuit Bites. Pineapple & coconut works too. :-)
