  • 1 cup oats (rolled)
  • 6 ounces yogurt (plain or vanilla-flavor, 3/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 8 ounces almond milk (1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 banana, frozen
