Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR GLAZE
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey (liquid honey)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sodium-reduced soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 2 1/4 pounds pork tenderloins (3 tenderloins, 12oz/340g each)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all glaze ingredients except tenderloin in a small bowl and mix well; set aside.

  • Step 2: Preheat grill to medium setting.

  • Step 3: Brush grill rack light with oil.

  • Step 4: Grill pork for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

  • Step 5: Pork should be slightly pink in the center.

  • Step 6: Do not overcook pork or it will be dry.

  • Step 7: Brush pork generously with glaze during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

  • Step 8: Baste, baste, baste!

  • Step 9: The more you baste, the better the taste.

  • Step 10: Place pork on cutting board, cover loosely with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

  • Step 11: Cut pork into thin slices and serve.
