Step 1: Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet on medium heat. Place chops in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 T rice over each chop. Cover with onion slices and tomatoes. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water and pour over chops. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degree oven 90 minutes or until pork is tender and cooked thoroughly.
