Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken, ground ,(chopped)
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 7 ounces uncooked rice,(1 cup)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • Toppings:
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Thoroughly cook chicken with onions.

  • Step 2: Drain.

  • Step 3: Mix chicken/onion mix together with the rest of the ingredients (except the topping) in a bowl.

  • Step 4: Put mixture in Pam sprayed 3 quart oven safe casserole dish.

  • Step 5: Top with topping (noodles).

  • Step 6: Cover with foil.

  • Step 7: Bake 325 degree oven for 90 minutes, uncovering for the last 15 minutes.
