Step 1: Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, add all the ingredients at once.
Step 2: Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently so your mixture doesn't burn. When the sugar starts caramelizing (melting), stir constantly until all sugar has caramelized and nuts are coated.
Step 3: Transfer immediately onto a sheet of parchment paper and spread the nuts out. None should touch. Using two forks will help alot.
Step 4: Let the coating harden for 5-7 minutes before using.
