Step 1: Fry bacon and garlic in butter until bacon is crisp.
Step 2: Add chicken to pan and brown on both sides, about 8 minutes per side.
Step 3: Add artichokes, wine and capers; season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Whisk chicken broth and flour together until well blended; add to pan.
Step 5: Continue cooking until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
Step 6: Add spinach and tomato; cook an additional 5 minutes.
Step 7: Can be served over pasta or rice for a more complete meal.
