Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (29 ounce) sliced pears (in light syrup)
  • 1 can (21 ounce) apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 box (16.5 ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter (cut into thin slices)
  • 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping (warmed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Drain Pears, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.

  • Step 3: Spread pears and apple pie filling in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

  • Step 4: Drizzle with reserved pear syrup. Sprinkle with cranberries.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle cake mix evenly over fruit. Top with butter, covering cake mix as much as possible.

  • Step 6: Heat caramel in the microwave 15 seconds and drizzle over butter topping.

  • Step 7: Bake 40 t0 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  • Step 8: Serve warm or at room temp. A scoop of good vanilla ice cream would be the bomb!
