Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (14 ounce) fruit cocktail (drained, reserve all the juice)
  • 1/3 cup salad dressing
  • 180 grams maraschino cherries (quartered, about 20 cherries)
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream (whipped, measure 4 cups before whipping)
  • 1 package (3 ounce) cherry Jello (or strawberry)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 90 grams miniature marshmallows (2 cups)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan, combine reserved fruit cocktail juice and enough water to make 1 cup, bring to a boil. Mix in the Jello gelatin stirring until dissolved. Chill until partially set (this could take around 4 hours).

  • Step 2: In a bowl, beat until smooth, the partially frozen Jello with cream cheese and salad dressing. Fold in pecans, fruit cocktail, marshmallows.

  • Step 3: Spoon into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze. Serve partially frozen.
