Step 1: In a saucepan, combine reserved fruit cocktail juice and enough water to make 1 cup, bring to a boil. Mix in the Jello gelatin stirring until dissolved. Chill until partially set (this could take around 4 hours).
Step 2: In a bowl, beat until smooth, the partially frozen Jello with cream cheese and salad dressing. Fold in pecans, fruit cocktail, marshmallows.
Step 3: Spoon into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze. Serve partially frozen.
