Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (7.2 ounce) Betty Crocker Fluffy Frosting Mix (fluffy white)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream (don't use the fat-fee!)
  • 1 can (21 ounce) cherry pie filling (or blueberry)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; reserve 1/3 cup. Press remaining crumb mixture evenly in bottom of greased 9 x 9 inch square pan.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, prepare frosting mix as directed on package.

  • Step 3: Blend cream cheese and sour cream in large mixer bowl. Beat in frosting gradually. Pour over crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

  • Step 4: Bake 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven @ 300 degrees. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate 24 hours. Top with pie filling then serve.
