Step 1: Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; reserve 1/3 cup. Press remaining crumb mixture evenly in bottom of greased 9 x 9 inch square pan.
Step 2: In a small bowl, prepare frosting mix as directed on package.
Step 3: Blend cream cheese and sour cream in large mixer bowl. Beat in frosting gradually. Pour over crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Step 4: Bake 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven @ 300 degrees. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate 24 hours. Top with pie filling then serve.
