Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Pour drained green beans in an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
Step 3: In a large skillet, cook bacon until almost done but not too crispy.
Step 4: Remove from skillet, drain on paper towel and chop.
Step 5: Sprinkle cooked bacon on top of green beans.
Step 6: Whisk together brown sugar, melted butter, soy sauce and garlic powder.
Step 7: Pour over green beans.
Step 8: Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
