  • 1/3 pound bacon
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup melted butter
  • 1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Pour drained green beans in an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.

  • Step 3: In a large skillet, cook bacon until almost done but not too crispy.

  • Step 4: Remove from skillet, drain on paper towel and chop.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle cooked bacon on top of green beans.

  • Step 6: Whisk together brown sugar, melted butter, soy sauce and garlic powder.

  • Step 7: Pour over green beans.

  • Step 8: Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
