  • 1 pound mini peppers (sweet mini peppers, cut lengthwise in half & seeded)
  • 2 tablespoons salad dressing (zesty italian dressing)
  • 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (Tex-Mex cheese)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-heat oven 425F.

  • Step 2: Toss prepared peppers with the Italian dressing.

  • Step 3: Place cut side up on parchment lined baking sheet.

  • Step 4: Bake 10 minutes.

  • Step 5: Top peppers with olives, green onions & cheese.

  • Step 6: Place 6" under broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.

  • Step 7: Serve warm.
