The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 package (3.4 ounce) orange flavor Jell-O Gelatin
  • 1 cup water (boiling)
  • 3/4 cup orange juice (cold, preferably fresh squeezed)
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened, Philly brand only)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip Frozen Whipped Topping

How to Make

  • Step 1: For the crust: combine the cracker crumbs and butter and mix until thoroughly combined.

  • Step 2: Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.

  • Step 3: For the creamy orange mixture: in a small bowl, combine the orange gelatin and boiling water; stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add in the orange juice, stir to mix completely, then set aside.

  • Step 4: In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then add mix in the condensed milk, mixing until smooth.

  • Step 5: Add in the gelatin mixture and mix until combined.

  • Step 6: Using a spatula or spoon (don't use the electric mixer) stir in the Cool Whip Whipped topping.

  • Step 7: Pour the mixture over the crust.

  • Step 8: Place in the refrigerator until set, about 4 hours.

  • Step 9: Serve immediately, or store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
