Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds iceberg lettuce (1 head, chopped or torn)
  • 1/4 pound ham (cooked, chopped)
  • 1/4 pound cooked turkey (chopped)
  • 1/4 pound salami (hard Italian salami, chopped)
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni (chopped)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced (sweet onion)
  • 1/2 pound tomatoes (2 Roma tomatoes, diced)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded (or thinly sliced)
  • Crusty Italian Rolls (torn in small pieces, what ever amount you want to use)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • FOR THE DRESSING
  • 3/4 cup olive oil (extra-virgin)
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together lettuce with next 7 ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients, then pour over salad and toss well, Season with more salt and pepper if needed.

  • Step 2: Just before serving mix in the torn bread. Pass the Parmesan cheese at the table.
