  • 1 peach
  • 2 (16 ounces) avocado
  • 2 ounces red onion, diced (1/4 red onion)
  • 2 ounces sliced (2 strips)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prior to making dish, fry bacon til crisp and then drain off grease. Pat dry with paper towel. Chop into small pieces and set aside.

  • Step 2: Peel skin off of peach and remove flesh. Dice peach flesh into small cubes.

  • Step 3: Remove avocado flesh and scoop into a bowl. Mix in the diced peach and onion.

  • Step 4: Mix in the reserved bacon and combine well. Serve with tortilla chips.
