Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch salt (about 1/8 teaspoon)
  • 5 Hershey milk chocolate candy bars (or use a similar milk chocolate bar about 1.55 ounces each)
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Grease an 8 x 8 or a 9-inch baking pan (the 8 x 8 pan will give you slightly thicker bars).

  • Step 3: Add egg and vanilla; beat well.

  • Step 4: In a bowl combine the flour with graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture (set aside 1/2 cup for topping, if you want more topping on top mix in 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs to the reserved crumb mixture).

  • Step 5: Press remaining mixture into a square baking pan.

  • Step 6: Place candy bars over crust; spread with marshmallow creme.

  • Step 7: Crumble remaining graham cracker mixture over top.

  • Step 8: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Step 9: Cool on a wire rack.

  • Step 10: Cut into bars (store any leftovers in an airtight container, don’t worry these won’t last long!).
