Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices (2 ounces) white bread (sandwich bread, May use whole wheat)
  • 2 slices (2 ounces) cheddar cheese (May sub Gouda)
  • Red onion (1/8 small, Sliced thinly)
  • 4 ounce avocado (1/2 small avocado, Ripe & sliced thinly)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt the butter in a sml skillet over med-low heat.

  • Step 2: Form a sandwich w/the bread, cheese, onion & avocado.

  • Step 3: Cook the sandwich (covered) until the bread is toasted & the cheese is melted (2-3 min per side).

  • Step 4: BOTTOM LINE: Use your favorite method. We've all been able to make grilled cheese sandwiches for a long time.
