Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated (or you favourite)
  • 1/3 cup spinach leaves (loosely packed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine egg and milk and season with salt and pepper and whisk to well combined.

  • Step 2: Heat up a small frypan/skillet over medium heat with oil and then pour in egg mixture and slowly bring in the setting mixture from the outer part to the inner and then swirl to get the egg from the centre to the outer.

  • Step 3: When egg is almost set sprinkle cheese on one half and then top with the spinach, one the spinach has wilted fold over the other half of the egg mixture to top the spinach and slide onto a plate and enjoy.
