Step 1: Heat oven to 325°F.
Step 2: Cook bacon over medium-high heat in 10-inch skillet, stirring occasionally, until bacon is browned (4 to 6 minutes). Place bacon on paper towel; drain.
Step 3: Stir together bacon and all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Step 4: Bake, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until slightly thickened.
Step 5: Microwave bacon in 2-quart casserole on HIGH, stirring after half the time, until browned (3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes). Place bacon on paper towel, drain. Drain off fat. Stir together bacon and all remaining ingredients in same casserole. Cover with waxed paper; microwave on HIGH, stirring after half the time, until mixture comes to a full boil (7 to 10 minutes). Reduce power to MEDIUM (50% power); microwave, stirring after half the time, until flavors are blended and mixture is slightly thickened (20 to 25 minutes).
