The ingredients are:
  • 4 pounds russet potatoes (washed and cut into about 1 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard (Heinz NEW Yellow Mustard)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (smoked paprika)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (or more)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • Ground black pepper (any amount)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425º.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard with olive oil, then mix in the next six dry spices.

  • Step 3: Add in the cubed potatoes, using your hands, mix to coat all the potatoes really well.

  • Step 4: Place on one or two baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray, keeping the potatoes in a single layer.

  • Step 5: Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the potatoes over.

  • Step 6: Place back in the oven another 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are really crispy and brown.
