Step 1: Mix the garlic, hot sauce, soy sauce and onion powder in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
Step 2: Add the drumsticks and swish to coat.
Step 3: Seal the bag taking out as much air as possible and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 4: Pour the contents of plastic bag in a 8 inch square roasting pan and cook in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes; turn over the chicken pieces and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from oven and turn the broiler on.
Step 6: Take the chicken pieces out of the roasting pan and place them on a rimmed baking sheet on the top rack of the oven and broil for about 3 to 5 minutes per side or until the skin is crispy.
Step 7: Brush the chicken pieces with some of the sauce and serve.
