Step 1: Boil water and start cooking rice
Step 2: Cut up veggies
Step 3: Add oil to skillet pan, cook sausage and then cut - put aside for later.
Step 4: Cook chicken and put aside for later.
Step 5: With clean pan, add oil, cook veggies - add a bit of water and cover to steam veggies in pan.
Step 6: Add stir-fry sauce and cook til sauce well blended in veggies.
Step 7: Put rice in casserole dish, layer veggies onto the rice.
Step 8: Add chicken and sausage in pan and add rest of sauce in.
Step 9: Grate cheese and layer on top of the other ingredients.
Step 10: Put in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or when the cheese is bubbling - but not burning.
Step 11: Enjoy by self on a plate or put on soft taco shell with your favorite sour cream.
