  • 16 ounces dry spaghetti (cooked and drained)
  • 20 ounces spaghetti sauce (1 jar)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 garlic clove, mashed
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry Italian spice mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat skillet. Put in salt.

  • Step 2: Add ground beef then brown, make crumbles fine not chunky (drain if too greasy).

  • Step 3: Add in the onion, cook with beef rest of way until translucent.

  • Step 4: Add garlic then spices and spaghetti sauce; cook until thick.

  • Step 5: Add drained cooked noodles to sauce; cook a few minutes more, toss so noodles are coated.

  • Step 6: Top with Parmesan cheese then toss.
