Step 1: Place almonds in a bowl and cover with water and set aside to soak for 2 hours and then discard water.
Step 2: Place almonds, 2 cups water and dates in a blender and blend until smooth and then strain through a fine sieve, discarding any solids.
Step 3: Return almond milk and remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Step 4: Pour into serving grasses and serve immediately.
