  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 2 cans (15 ounce) hominy (drained, yellow hominy)
  • 1 can (3 ounce) diced chilies (Ortega)
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put the pork chops in a casserole dish. Sprinkle on seasoning, then onion, hominy and ortega chilies.

  • Step 2: Add in the water. Cover with foil.

  • Step 3: Bake 375 degrees for 90 minutes (make sure it does not go dry).
