Step 1: In a small bowl mix together ricotta cheese, red pepper flakes and paprika, set aside.
Step 2: In large skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add onion and salt; cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
Step 3: Add diced tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
Step 4: Meanwhile cook linguine per package directions.
Step 5: Toss tomato mixture with linguine.
Step 6: Divide between four plates.
Step 7: Top each plate with 1/4 cup of ricotta mixture and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
Step 8: Garnish with basil leaves.
