  • 36 ounces pork loin chops (thinly sliced, 6 bone-in chops, 6 ounce each)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar (16 ounce) salsa verde (HERDEZ salsa verde)
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 16 ounces dry rice (dry, 2 cups)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) black beans (drained)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a Pam sprayed 9x13 inch casserole, layer rice, black beans, onions and chops, then season.
