Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef (browned)
  • 1 cup dry (8 ounces) rice
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 can (15 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (15 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (15 ounce) bean sprouts (undrained)
  • 2 cups water
  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 90 grams dry chow mein noodles (2 cups)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown beef and onions together then drain.

  • Step 2: Mix everything but the noodles. Pour into 9x13 Pam sprayed casserole dish.

  • Step 3: Bake 350 degrees covered, for 50 minutes.

  • Step 4: Uncover, then put noodles on top. Continue baking for 15 more minutes.
