Step 1: Brown the seasoned chops, cover simmer/ steam with water until almost tender.
Step 2: Remove then add butter to the hot pan, then dump in your rice (Uncle Ben's long grain) to brown in the butter (stir constantly or it'll burn).
Step 3: Add two can's Beef Consomme, chopped green onions (all of it).
Step 4: Add the chops back into the pan, cover and simmer on a low flame for about 20 minutes or until the rice absorbs all of the soup.
