  • 24 ounces pork loin chops (4 chops, 6 ounce each)
  • 225 grams dry rice (1 cup dry)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika, dash
  • Turmeric, dash
  • 1 cup chicken stock

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a Pam sprayed 9 x13 casserole dish, layer onions then rice then pork chops, season.

  • Step 2: Then tomatoes, then stock.

  • Step 3: Cover, and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees (check at 90 minutes).
