Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound dry penne pasta (cooked and drained)
  • 250 grams boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked, cubed, 2 cups)
  • 300 grams cooked ham (cubed, 2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • Dijon mustard (dash)
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Garlic salt, dash
  • Pepper, dash
  • Cayenne Pepper, dash
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the broiler.

  • Step 2: Toss ham and chicken into noodles then season with spices, toss.

  • Step 3: In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, cream cheese,mustard and minced onion over low-medium heat.

  • Step 4: Cook, stirring frequently, until it becomes a smooth texture (about 5 minutes).

  • Step 5: Stir into the pasta mixture.

  • Step 6: Stir in the Swiss cheese and season with more salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 7: Transfer pasta to a Pam sprayed baking dish and top with Panko crumbs.

  • Step 8: Pour melted butter over crumbs and broil until browned (about 4 minutes).
