Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds russet potatoes (peeled and cubed and cooked)
  • 5 large eggs (hard-boiled, peeled and smashed lightly with a fork)
  • 2 ribs celery, finely diced
  • 1 yellow onion, finely minced
  • FOR SALAD DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard (start with 1 so you don't get to much add more if you want)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (real mayonnaise)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, your taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, your taste
  • Hungarian paprika, for garnish (dash)
