Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 60 ounces refried beans (4 cans, 15 ounces each)
  • 3 envelopes (35 grams) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 jar (1.5 liter) salsa
  • 1 container (1.5 liter) guacamole
  • 750 mL cream cheese
  • 750 mL sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Green onions (2 bunches, green and white parts, thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups black olives, sliced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the refried beans and taco seasoning and set aside.

  • Step 2: Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise and set aside.

  • Step 3: Scoop about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the refried bean mixture into each of the 50 cups and push it down slightly with a spoon to distribute it evenly.

  • Step 4: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the guacamole over the refried beans for each of the 50 cups and push it down slightly with a spoon to distribute it evenly.

  • Step 5: Scoop a little over 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over the guacamole for each of the 50 cups and push it down slightly with a spoon to distribute it evenly.

  • Step 6: Scoop a little over 2 1/2 tablespoons of the salsa sauce over the cream cheese mixture for each of the 50 cups and push it down slightly with a spoon to distribute it evenly.

  • Step 7: Distribute the green onions, black olives and cheese, in order listed, evenly over the 50 cups.

  • Step 8: Serve with tortilla chips.
