Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese (Mexican Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 to 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Milk (optional)
  • Tortilla chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large skillet cook ground beef until brown. Drain fat.

  • Step 2: In large saucepan combine cheese Mexican cheese and 2 tablespoons milk. Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring frequently.

  • Step 3: Stir in beef, tomato, onion, green pepper, cilantro, jalapeno peppers and cayenne pepper. Stir in additional milk to thin mixture. If desired.

  • Step 4: Transfer to serving dish. Serve with tortilla chips.
