  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place the edamame into a colander and rinse under cold water to thaw. Drain. Pat dry with paper towels.

  • Step 2: Spread the edamame beans into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese over the top.

  • Step 3: Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is crispy and golden, about 15 minutes.
