Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups rice (cooked)
  • 150 grams ham (1 cup, diced)
  • 165 grams shrimp (1/2 cup, shelled)
  • 150 grams frozen mixed green peas and carrots (thawed, 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup yellow onions, chopped
  • FOR EGG MIXTURE
  • 4 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 2 green onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put soy sauce on rice.

  • Step 2: Heat wok with 1 T oil.

  • Step 3: Mix egg mixture and make omelet. cut into pieces to add to rice.

  • Step 4: In same wok, heat with sesame oil.

  • Step 5: Add onions, mixed veggies, ham and shrimp; keep stirring. Lastly add rice, stir until hot adding egg, toss.

  • Step 6: Top with chopped green onion.
